The Alchemy of Transformation

We live our lives in a world of our own, a world full of fear and hope, and in a society marked by violence and cruelty. We are conditioned by the way we were raised and by the history of the country in which we were born. We are full of doubts and perhaps of self-hatred, while what we are actually seeking is a life full of joy, creativity and love. These two versions of life stand in very sharp contrast.

We invite you to explore together the questions we have about doubts, prejudices and the ego’s desire to survive. How do we go beyond all this? What possibility do we actually have, as human beings living in a society alienated by fear, and what are we to do with those around us?

If you are truly interested in the answer to these questions, and to others you may have, then this conference is for you. You will not receive an “easy” answer with which to go home reassured.

This evening is for those who seek inspiration to look more attentively and more deeply within themselves, in order to find the valuable answers they need; it is a possible space in which to create something absolutely new for yourselves, for the people with whom you interact, and for the surrounding environment.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER

Thomas Bormann lives in Germany, is 55 years old and is the father of an 18-year-old son. He has a long-standing spiritual practice, being the first German student of the Baul master Lee Lozowick, with whom he spent valuable time and for whom, from the very beginning, he organized seminars, meetings and concerts in Europe for his bands “Liars, Gods and Beggars” and “Shri”. He lived for several years with his family in the “Hohm” ashram community founded by Lee Lozowick in France.

Professionally, he is a trainer, coach and consultant. He comes to Romania for the first time to give the conference “The Alchemy of Transformation” at the invitation of the Good Company group.
