In these decadent times we live, we find spiritual scene as deeply quagmire in confusion and ignorance as any domain of modern life. Masses of spiritual seekers are lured by the promise of a quick-fix “enlightenment” or a “salvation” delivered through a middleman, that releases us from personal suffering and personal responsibility in life.
Even when well-intended, such a promise is ultimately quixotic and dangerous precisely because in its shadow, we can convince ourselves that we are on the spiritual Path, when in fact we are heading in the wrong direction: the direction of self centered, narcissistic ego-trip and insensitivity to the suffering of others - this is the direction of spiritual materialism.

"Everybody wants enlightenment, enlightenment, enlightenment,
but what people don’t understand is that enlightenment is
absolutely meaningless without the context that allows that
condition of consciousness to be useful in human domain."

"Never underestimate the power of your mind to manipulate
reality."

Lee Lozowick

When studying the lives of the Masters, it is clear that radical spiritual transformation is not a quick, facile or ego-gratifying process. It requires supreme effort, courage, conviction and endurance. Most of all, it requires a great heart – that is, a heart that may be expanded, through a fiery process, to encompass and embrace the diversity and complexity of all Life. Spiritual
transformation is the work of an entire lifetime, actually several lifetimes, it is a work that we will continue in whatever realms we will inhabit beyond the death of our current human bodies.

In order to be responsible for our own spiritual Work, we have to get real about where we are really living. One of the things that we have to deal with is to somehow come to terms with our life now - not our life when we were a child or a young person, the past is gone, it does not exist now - and not our life in some future which is a product of our imagination so it is entirely academic.

What is our internal reality actually about, here and now?

"Accept what is, as it is, here and now ... and act with dignity."

"You must reconcile everything: what is manifested with what is unmanifested, what is static with what is dynamic, masculine with feminine, movement with stillness. Of course these are just words, a string of words, whereas their truth you must feel in yourself both as a personal experience and as an objective reality."

Arnaud Desjardins

We invite you to meet Dasya Zuccarello, a lifelong disciple of spiritual master Lee Lozowick, who will speak with us on the topic of spiritual transformation through accepting life as it is. Having 35 years of experience walking on the spiritual Path along with his master, Dasya is very familiar with the inevitable seductions everybody faces when stepping onto the rugged and subtle terrain of spiritual transformation. He will share with us from his experience, what it means to walk on an authentic spiritual Path and what it means to accept life as it is and as it is not.

In his characteristically self-honest and humorous style, Dasya will provide a safe environment in which we can openly consider our own process on the spiritual Path, with our breakdowns and breakthroughs, expectations and disappointments.

Dasya offers in this seminar a valuable opportunity to share with humor his piercing clarity and heartfelt compassion concerning the many challenges and authentic gifts of the spiritual Path. Because of his work in education, his experiences in many therapies, his years of trained instinct and insight on the spiritual Path of human transformation and his commitment to support people in their own journey, Dasya became a very valuable and reliable friend on the spiritual Path for many people.
